Thank you for your interest in our services, we look forward to meeting you! For your convenience, we recently started offering Telehealth counseling sessions by zoom or by phone. For office appointments here is some helpful information and guidelines to know: 

Scheduling

Please note that we cannot accommodate walk-in appointments or walk-in scheduling. Therapy appointments and group sessions are by appointment only which you can schedule by email or by phone. 

Emergencies

If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

If you or a loved one is suicidal you may also call or text the new Suicide Prevention Line at 988. Don’t wait!

Cancellation Policy

 If an appointment is cancelled in under 24 hours from the time of appointment, a 50.00 fee will be assessed. If an appointment a “no call, no show” the full amount is billed. Due to our wait list, 24 hours notice will ensure that another client can get the care they need.

Contagious Illness Policy

In light of Covid-19, it is our obligation to prevent the spread whenever possible. If you are sick with a cold, flu, Covid-19, or just aren’t feeling well please reschedule your appointment.

We will show you the same courtesy if your therapist is unwell.

Insurance

Currently, we are not in-network with any insurance and do not bill out of network. We can provide documentation to clients with out-of-network benefits who wish to receive reimbursement. It’s important to us that finances never impede a person’s recovery so we do offer payment plans in certain cases or we can also refer you to a good provider who is in our network.
